These sausages are perfect for a full English or a sausage sarnie with lashings of sauce – or, if you’re looking for comfort food, you can serve them up with mash and gravy or use them to rustle up a tasty toad-in-the-hole. Yum!
Cooking Instructions
Cooking instructions are for two sausages and should be followed from frozen. Times may vary depending on the appliance. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Remove outer packaging.
Shallow fry: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, cook for 10 minutes, turning regularly. Grill: Lightly oil sausages, grill on medium heat for 10 minutes, turning often.
Oven: Preheat to 180°C/Fan 160°C, oil sausages, cook on a preheated tray for 16 minutes, turning occasionally.
Keep frozen -18°C or below.
Freeze-thaw friendly - so you can make a dish and freeze it
Bain Marie stable for food service - Comes in boxes of 1.35kg containing 30 sausages.
