Great for making chilli & burgers

Our plant-based mince behaves just like meat, working perfectly with your favourite Chilli, Cottage Pie or Bolognese sauce.

Unlike most plant-based options which fall to pieces faster than you can say ‘Hooba!’, it can be used to make a self-binding burger too. Add in your favourite seasoning’s to create a signature flavour or mix it up with real meat for a 50:50 offering - the options are endless!

Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from frozen on a hob. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a saucepan, add mince and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on a medium/high heat, turning frequently. Then add the sauce. Alternatively, form into shape required (burger, kebab, ball) and shallow fry at a moderate/high heat for at least 10 minutes, turning regularly. Or grill under a moderate/high heat, coated in a little oil for 10 minutes or until piping hot throughout.

Mushrooms, Non-hydrogenated Vegetable Fat 85% dusted with Rice Flour 15%, Yellow Peas, Seasoning (Yeast Extract, Potato Starch, Spices, Onion Powder, Salt, Natural Flavouring, Caramelised Sugar Powder, Red Beetroot Powder), Methyl Cellulose. Contains segregated RSPO certified palm oil.
