New Hooba Bombay Burger

6 x Hooba Meat-Free Burgers.
6 x Tblsp Raita.
1 x Red Onion (Diced)
4 x Seeded Tomatoes
1/2 x Tsp Curry Powder
6 x Chapatis
1 x Tsp Mango Chutney
1 x Bunch Coriander (Chopped)
1 x Lemon (Juiced)

  1. For the salsa combine the red onion, coriander & tomatoes, toss with lemon juice
  2. Season the Hooba meatless burger with the curry powder & chargrill.
  3. To serve warm the chapatti, place in the Hooba meatless burger & top with the salsa, riata & mango chutney
