Hooba Meat-Free Casserole

Serves 4

Hooba Vegan Casserole


500g - Hooba Meat-Free Loaf.

1 x Onion, finely diced. 

2 x Medium carrot , finely diced.  

1 Tbsp Olive Oil. 


1 Spring Onion (Finely Sliced). 

4 Large Potatoes.  

500ml Vegan Gravy

Salt and Pepper


  1. Shallow fry the onions and carrots with the oil in a saucepan until softened.  
  2. Dice the Meat-Free Loaf ( works best if Meat-Free Loaf has been pre-cooked) and add to the onions and carrots, fry on a medium heat for 4-5 minutes.  
  3. Add vegan gravy and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.  
  4. Serve with mashed potato.  
  5. Garnish with chopped spring onion and season to personal taste.
